摘要 设计了一副支架接头塑件三板注塑模具,模具有三次开模、两次顶出动作。模腔布局为一模一腔,使用单点点浇口浇注。设计了两个复杂脱模机构,第1个为油缸驱动三次抽芯脱模复合机构,该机构利用两个重叠滑块对塑件实施三次抽芯动作,第1次完成内壁型芯的抽芯动作,第2次完成外壁局部型腔件的抽芯动作,第3次完成外壁滑块的抽芯动作;第2个为浮动式油缸滑块顶出脱模复合机构,该机构通过油缸滑块机构的浮动顶出对塑件实施两次顶出脱模,第1次通过顶出板将油缸滑块机构浮动顶出,完成塑件外壁局部区域的顶出脱模;第2次由油缸推动油缸滑块机构上的4个侧面斜顶顶出,完成塑件的完全脱模。机构动作可靠,模具结构布置合理。 A set of three-plate injection mold was designed for the plastic parts of connector with bracket.The mold had three mold-openings and two ejection actions.The mold cavity layout was one mold with one cavity,and a single point gate was used for gating.Two complex demoulding mechanisms were designed.The first mechanism was the three times core pulling demoulding compound mechanism driven by hydro-cylinder,this mechanism used two overlapping sliders to perform three core pulling actions for the plastic part,the core pulling of the inner wall core was completed for the first time,the core pulling of the local cavity of the outer wall was completed for the second time,and the core pulling of the outer wall slider was completed for the third time.The second mechanisn was the floating hydro-cylinder-slider ejecting demoulding compound mechanism,this mechanism implemented two ejection demolding of plastic parts by floating ejection of the hydraulic-cylinder-slider mechanism,for the first time,the floating ejection of the hydro-cylinder-slider mechanism was carried out through the ejection of the ejection plate to complete the ejecting demoulding of the external wall local area,for the second time,the four side-lifters in the hydro-cylinder slider mechanism were pushed out by the hydro-cylinder to complete demoulding of plastic parts.The mechanism action is reliable and the mold structure is arranged reasonably.
