摘要
针对某机载电子设备安装平台的环境适应性要求,设备研制过程中需重点考虑散热设计和抗振设计。采用模块化设计思想,设计了一种积木拼装式机箱结构,然后利用仿真软件对设备进行散热和抗振性能分析,仿真结果表明该设备结构设计方案有效可行,能够满足机载环境适应性要求。文中所用设计思想和分析方法,为其它类似产品的结构设计和仿真提供了参考。
In view of the environmental adaptability requirements of a certain airborne electronic equipment installation platform,the thermal design and anti-vibration design should be considered in the process of equipment development especially.In this paper,the modular design idea is used to design a kind of building block assembled cabinet structure.Then the simulation software is used to analyze the heat dissipation and anti-vibration performance of the equipment.The simulation results show that the equipment structure design scheme is effective and feasible,and can meet the requirements of airborne environmental adaptability.The design idea and analysis method used in this paper provide the reference for the structural design and simulation of other similar equipments.
