摘要
可以“改变我们世界”的三维打印(Three-Dimensional Printing,3DP)技术以其灵活性和精密性的特点,一出现便引起全球关注。随着近几十年3D工艺的发展,制造业的革命性变革已席卷全球。生物3DP是以活细胞、生物材料和生长因子为主要组分,以打印活体组织与器官为目标的一种新技术,并逐渐应用于骨骼、支架、人造血管、心脏组织等再生与重建领域。本文主要概述生物3DP在医学方面的研究及应用进展,讨论生物3DP的研究现状、应用情况和面临的问题,展望其在医学领域的未来发展前景。
Three-dimensional printing(3DP)technology,which can“change our world”,has attracted worldwide attention with its flexibility and precision.With the development of 3DP technology in recent decades,the revolutionary change of manufacturing industry has swept the world.3D bioprinting is a new technology which takes living cells,biomaterials,and growth factors as main components,aiming at printing living tissues and organs.It has been gradually applied in the fields of regeneration and reconstruction,such as bones,stents,artificial blood vessels,and cardiac tissues.This paper mainly summarizes the research and application progress of biological 3DP in medical field,discusses the research status,application situation and problems of biological 3DP,and looks forward to its development prospects in the field of medicine.
