摘要
基于SPECT/CT甲状腺^(99m)Tc显像和摄锝率的测定是甲状腺疾病核医学成像中一项重要检查手段,作为一种无创的、分子影像成像技术临床应用日趋普及,定量检测是其未来的发展趋势,本文主要从技术的测定方法、采集影响因素、与摄碘率的比较及其受碘过量的影响、临床应用等方面的应用现状和发展进行阐述,并结合临床实践工作,进行归纳,旨在提高认识,指导临床更加广泛的应用。
Thyroid^(99m)Tc imaging and uptake rate technique based on SPECT/CT is an important examination method in nuclear medical imaging of thyroid diseases.As a non-invasive,molecular imaging technology,it is becoming more and more popular clinical application,and quantitative detection is its development trend in the future.This paper mainly expounded the technical determination method,influencing factors of collection,the comparison with the iodine uptake rate,the influence of iodine excess and clinical application,and summarized it in combination with the clinical practice,in order to improve the understanding and guide the clinical application more widely.
