摘要
目的了解新疆放射诊疗机构和诊疗设备的数量、人员配置和防护设备配置状况,分析存在的问题,为新疆放射诊疗机构改进防护措施提供数据支撑。方法制订调查方案和调查表,每年调查三分之一放射诊疗机构,3年覆盖全疆,由地县两级调查人员完成调查工作。结果截止2019年底,新疆辖区内放射诊疗机构1247家,放射诊疗设备2102台,放射工作人员6976人;开展放射诊断1247家、介入治疗51家、放射治疗13家和核医学8家,配备个人防护用品铅橡胶围裙(方巾)3018件、铅橡胶颈套2648件、铅橡胶帽子2119件。结论放射防护用品的配置基本满足国家标准要求;应增加新疆放射诊疗设备的数量,提高放射防护用品的配置比例,保障受检者与放射工作人员的健康权益。
Objective To understand the quantity,staffing and protective equipment of radiation diagnosis and treatment in institutions in Xinjiang,analyze the existing problems,and provide data support for improving protective measures of radiation diagnosis and treatment in institutions in Xinjiang.Methods The investigation scheme and questionnaire were formulated,and one-third of institutions of the radiation diagnosis and treatment were investigated every year,with full coverage in three years.The investigation was carried out by research workers in counties and prefectures.Results By the end of 2019,there are 1247 institutions of radiation diagnosis and treatment,2102 of equipment for radiation diagnosis and treatment and 6976 radiation workers in Xinjiang.There were 1247 carrying out diagnostic radiology,51 developing interventional therapy,13 conducting radiotherapy and 8 realizing nuclear medicine.The institutions equipped with 3018 sets of lead rubber apron(square towel),2648 sets of lead rubber neck cover and 2119 sets of lead rubber hat.Conclusions The configuration rate of radiation protection equipment basically meets the requirements of national standards.We should increase the number of the equipment for radiation diagnosis and treatment in Xinjiang to improve the allocation rate of radiation protection equipment,and protect the health rights of the subjects and radiation workers.
