摆动剪减速机故障分析与应对

摘要 为了减少摆动剪减速机薄弱环节的故障,确保摆动剪长期高效地工作,某厂通过优化改进操作侧轴承、驱动侧轴承失效、一轴转速及二轴离合器和润滑系统,使得摆动剪的使用寿命得到了极大地提高。结果表明,摆动剪减速机轴承失效与轴承的形式、润滑、轴承的转速、离合器接合时间等有着密切的联系,只要处理好以上问题就能极大地提高摆动剪减速机的轴承使用寿命,进而确保摆动剪的正常使用。 In order to reduce the failure of the weak link of the pendulum shear reducer,ensure the long-term efficient work of the swing shear,a factory optimized and improved the operation side bearing,drive side bearing failure,one-shaft speed and two-shaft clutch and lubrication system optimization,etc.The service life of the oscillating shear is greatly increased.The results show that the bearing failure of the pendulum shear reducer is closely related to the bearing form,lubrication,bearing speed and clutch engagement time.As long as the above problems are dealt with,the bearing life of the pendulum shear reducer can be greatly improved,so as to ensure the normal use of the swing shear.
