摘要
电力变压器绕组匝间绝缘状态与其安全运行水平密切相关,揭示单匝短路故障时绕组的多物理场特征有利于获取匝间绝缘状态信息,以避免设备损坏事故的发生。针对在实际试验研究中变压器绕组单匝短路系列故障设置困难问题,采用ANSYSElectronicsDesktop有限元仿真软件建立与实际变压器一致的"场–路"耦合模型,并导入Workbench协同仿真平台,进行"电磁–结构"与"电磁–热"的多物理场耦合仿真分析。通过在变压器模型外电路中设定二次绕组某时刻发生单匝短路故障,仿真研究该故障变压器的电磁、机械及温度等多物理参数变化特征及分布规律,得到故障情况下绕组受力情况及易变形部位,同时通过分析线匝损耗及绕组温升情况,得到匝间短路故障对变压器的危害主要在于损耗温升导致绝缘劣化而非受力变形,为电力变压器抗短路能力提升措施应用及其匝间短路故障在线检测和保护技术研究,提供理论依据。
The inter-turn insulation state of power transformer windings is closely related to its safe operation level. Revealing the multi-physical field characteristics of the winding during a single-turn short-circuit fault is beneficial to obtaining information about the inter-turn insulation state to avoid equipment damage accidents. Aiming at the difficulty in setting the series of single-turn short-circuit faults in transformer windings in the actual test research, we adopted the ANSYS Electronics Desktop finite element simulation software to establish a "field-circuit" coupling model consistent with the actual transformer, and introduced the Workbench collaborative simulation platform to perform "electromagneticstructure" and "electromagnetic-thermal" multi-physics coupling simulation analysis. Moreover, by setting a single-turn short-circuit fault in the secondary winding at a certain time in the external circuit of the transformer model, we performed the simulation study of the electromagnetic, mechanical, and temperature and other physical parameters of the faulty transformer, and investigated the distribution law and the winding force under the fault condition. Meanwhile, through the analysis of the turn loss and the temperature rise of the winding, it is found that the damage of the turn-to-turn short-circuit fault to the transformer mainly lies in the insulation degradation caused by the loss and temperature rise rather than the force deformation. Therefore, the measures can be taken to improve the short-circuit resistance of power transformers in the application. The results can provide theoretical basis for the research on on-line detection and protection technology of inter-turn short circuit faults.
