含铬革屑胶原降解物对硅酸盐水泥的缓凝影响 被引量:5

摘要 含铬革屑的资源化利用一直以来都是皮革行业研究的热点。本文将含铬革屑中提取的胶原蛋白降解物(collagen degradation product,CDP)作为硅酸盐水泥缓凝剂,并且研究了CDP对水泥缓凝时间、强度、晶体形态和水化过程的影响。试验结果表明CDP的掺入有效地延长了水泥的初凝时间和终凝时间,但同时水泥的强度随着CDP用量的增加而逐渐损失。另外,通过扫描电子显微镜观察到CDP的加入使水泥的晶体形貌由针状逐渐转变为块状。热重法(TG)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明CDP的加入抑制了水泥反应物的水化反应和水泥水化产物的形成。本研究不仅为水泥缓凝剂的研发提供了新的思路,而且有利于皮革行业的可持续发展。 The utilization of chrome leather shavings has always been a research hotspot in the leather industry.In this paper,collagen degradation product(CDP)obtained from chrome leather shavings as a Portland cement retarder and its effect on the setting,strength,crystal morphology and hydration process of Portland cement were investigated.The results show that the initial time and final time of cement are effectively prolonged after adding CDP but the strength of cement gradually lost as the dosage of CDP increases.In addition,the addition of CDP makes the crystal morphology of cement gradually change from needle-like to massive by SEM observation.TG/DSC and XRD analysis show that the addition of CDP inhibites the hydration reaction of cement reactants and the formation of hydration product.This study provides not only new ideas for the research and development of cement retarders but also contributes to the sustainable development of the leather industry.
