摘要
为了解平板陶瓷膜生物反应器用于农村污水处理的可行性,分析了某处理能力为500 m^(3)/d的一体化陶瓷膜污水处理设备的运行数据。该项目进水水质水量波动大,冬季水温低,稳定运行期设备出水COD、氨氮、TP浓度平均值分别约为17.54、1.35、0.19 mg/L。平板陶瓷膜在16~40 L/(m^(2)·h)的通量下运行时,其跨膜压差平均上升速率为1kPa/d,可通过在线化学清洗恢复。在处理农村污水时,需做好预处理,定期观察膜吹扫曝气的均匀性,控制污泥浓度<15g/L。对于进水浓度低、污泥浓度<1g/L的项目,可增大反冲洗频次且同步减少反冲洗时间,将跨膜保护压差设置为-55 kPa左右。
In order to understand the feasibility of flat ceramic membrane bio-reactor in village sewage treatment,the operation data of an integrated ceramic membrane sewage treatment facility with processing capacity of 500 m^(3)/d was analyzed.The inlet water quality and quantity fluctuate greatly,and water temperature is low in winter.Under stable operation,the average effluent concentrations of COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and TP are about 17.54,1.35,and 0.19 mg/L respectively.When the flat ceramic membrane is operated at a flux of 16-40 L/(m^(2)·h),the average rise rate of the transmembrane pressure(TMP)is 1 kPa/d,which can be restored through cleaning in place.As for treating village sewage,it is necessary to pay attention to pre-treatment,to regularly inspect the uniformity of the membrane purge aeration,and to control sludge concentration less than 15 g/L.For projects with low water concentration load and low sludge concentration as below 1 g/L,the backwash frequency can be increased and the backwash time can be reduced simultaneously,so as to increase the transmembrane pressure to about-55 kPa.
