摘要
为了扩大冷再生混合料的应用范围,对比SBR改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料和普通乳化沥青冷再生混合料的高温性能,采用多序列重复加载动态蠕变试验,基于comsol模拟的芜合高速路面结构实际温度场,从复合平均应变率、复合蠕变刚度模量评价指标和蠕变曲线来评价乳化沥青冷再生混合料高温性能.研究结果表明:SBR改性后的改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料的复合蠕变速率与两种热料接近,远小于普通乳化沥青的3.52με/次,改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料具有良好的抗车辙性能;在整体结构中,改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料作为中面层,具有很好的抗变形能力;改性与普通冷再生混合料作为下面层也有较好的高温稳定性.
In order to expand the application range of cold recycled mixtures and compare the high temperature performance of SBR modified emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixtures and emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixtures, multi-sequence repeated loading dynamic creep test is used based on comsol simulation of Wuhe. The actual temperature field of the high-speed pavement structure is used to evaluate the high-temperature performance of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture from the composite average strain rate, the composite creep stiffness modulus evaluation index and the creep curve. The results of the study show that the composite creep rate of the SBR modified emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture is close to that of the two hot materials, far less than the 3.52 με/time of the emulsified asphalt, and the modified emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture has good properties. In the overall structure, the modified emulsified cold recycled asphalt mixture is used as the middle surface layer, which has good resistance to deformation. The modified emulsified asphalt and ordinary emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture is used as the lower layer which also has good high temperature stability.
