摘要
目的探讨公众急救知识与技能培训宣传新思路、新方法,构建快速复苏除颤(CPR·D)社会急救运行模式,为政府制定社会急救政策提供科学参考。方法通过广泛开展“CPR(心肺复苏)+AED(自动体外除颤器)+气道梗阻”急救技能培训、设立“急救体验屋”、推进公共场所AED配置、建立急救志愿者队伍等,构建城市急救“生存链”。结果开展了卓有成效的公众急救培训,有效提升了城区居民急救知识普及率达1.08%,为应用MPDS奠定了良好基础。通过电话指导,成功抢救了11名心博骤停患者(其中有4人痊愈出院),创新了公众急救宣传培训新思路、新方法。结论构建CPR·D社会急救模式,有利于提升公众急救知识普及率、提高院外心博骤停抢救成功率,是城市文明和谐与安全的重要标志和体现,具有广泛的社会应用推广价值。
Objective To explore new ideas and methods of training and publicity of public first aid knowledge and skills,and to construct a rapid resuscitation defibrillation(CPR·D)social first aid operation mode,so as to provide sci‐entific reference for the government to make social first aid policies.Methods The"survival chain"of urban first aid was constructed by extensively carrying out the training of first aid skills of"CPR(cardiopulmonary resuscitation)+AED(automatic external defibrillator)+airway obstruction",setting up"first aid experience room",promoting the allocation of AED in public places,and establishing first aid volunteer team.Results Effective public first aid training was car‐ried out,and the popularization rate of first aid knowledge among urban residents was effectively raised to 1.08%,which laid a good foundation for the application of MPDS.Through telephone guidance,the hospital successfully res‐cued 11 cardiac arrest patients(4 of whom were cured and discharged from hospital),and innovated new ideas and new methods for public first aid publicity and training.Conclusion The construction of CPR·D social first aid mode is ben‐eficial to improve the popularity rate of public first aid knowledge and the success rate of rescue of out-of-hospital car‐diac arrest.It is an important symbol and embodiment of urban civilization,harmony and safety,and has extensive so‐cial application and promotion value.
