摘要 装配式建筑作为新型建造模式在建筑市场逐渐占据着重要地位.为提高装配式建筑工期效益,通过文献分析和专家调查确定由人员管理、机械设备、材料、技术和环境5个维度构成的影响因素清单;采用三角模糊改进的DEMATEL法分析了各项影响因素之间的相互关系和重要程度,由中心度将因素影响程度划分为3个等级,由原因度区分出原因因素和结果因素,确定关键因素为利益冲突扯皮不断、预制构件供应不及时、班组配置与调度不合理等;并通过分析数据结果提出针对性建议,为装配式建筑工期优化提供参考. As a new construction method,prefabricated building gradually occupies an important position in the construction market.To improve the efficiency of the prefabricated construction,through literature analysis and expert interview,the list of influencing factors is identified,which is composed of personnel management,mechanical equipment,materials,technology,and environment.The triangle fuzzy improved demarcate method is used to analyze the relationship and importance of these influencing factors.The influencing degrees of these factors are divided into three levels by the center degree,and the influencing degree is divided into three levels by the cause degree.The key factors identified are conflicts of interest,untimely supply of prefabricated components,unreasonable team configuration and scheduling,and so on.Through the analysis on data results,some suggestions are put forward to provide a reference for the optimization of the prefabricated construction period.
