摘要
为优化出受力性强、节省材料的输电塔模型,文中借助Midas有限元软件以及结构模型加载试验对输电塔结构模型进行优化。以2019年大学生结构设计大赛的赛题"山地输电塔模型设计"为例,从赛题模型规范、结构选型、Midas软件受力分析、模型加载分析、节点处理等方面进行陈述。结果表明在进行结构模型制作时,结构选型、节点处理以及主杆件选取都会对结构受力产生影响,结构主杆选取及节点处理对模型的稳定性都起着重大作用,Midas模拟加载结果变化要小于试验加载结果变化,在模型的优化过程中,具有一定的借鉴作用,以此为类似的大学生结构设计大赛提供参考。
In order to optimize the transmission tower model with strong stress and material saving, this paper uses Midas finite element software and structural model loading test to optimize the transmission tower structural model. Firstly, taking the "mountain transmission tower model design" of the structural design competition for college students in 2019 as an example. Then, the paper states the model specification, structural selection, Midas software stress analysis, model loading analysis, node treatment and other aspects. The results show that: in the process of making structural model, structural selection, node treatment and main member selection will have an impact on the structural stress, and the structural design is more reasonable. The selection of the main pole and the treatment of the node play an important role in the stability of the model. The change of MIDAS simulation loading results is less than that of the test loading results, which has a certain reference role in the optimization process of the model, so as to provide a reference for similar college students’ structural design competition.
