Objective:To analyze the risk factors of urinary tract infection after minimally invasive surgery for upper urinary tract calculi. Methods:The clinical data of 366 patients with upper urinary tract calculi treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were analyzed retrospectively, and the risk factors of postoperative urinary tract infection were analyzed. Results:Single factor analysis showed that age, diabetes history, operation time, preoperative urinary tract infection and catheter indwelling time were the influencing factors(P< 0. 05 orP< 0. 01) of urinary tract infection after minimally invasive surgery for upper urinary tract calculi;multi factor logistic regression analysis showed that age≥55 years, complicating with diabetes mellitus, preoperative urinary tract infection and catheter indwelling time≥5 days were independent risk factors of urinary tract infection(P< 0. 05).Conclusion:Age≥55 years, complicating with diabetes mellitus, preoperative urinary tract infection and catheter indwelling time≥5 days are the independent risk factors of urinary tract infection after minimally invasive surgery for upper urinary tract calculi. The relevant nursing work before and after surgery should be done according to the risk factors so as to reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary tract infection.
