摘要
随着我国产业结构的升级调整,Web前端开发人才的需求在不断增加,为了更好地适应和紧跟前端开发人才的需求变化,了解和把握市场需求的类型和特征,从各招聘网站中的企业招聘信息入手,运用词频统计和聚类算法对企业职位要求进行特征分析,构建Web前端开发岗位需求规格模型,明确Web前端开发人才培养规格,对制定专业人才培养方案,适时调整教育教学策略,为更好地满足社会对高素质技术技能型人才的需求提供支撑。
With the upgrading and adjustment of China’s industrial structure,the demand for Web front-end development talents is increasing.In order to better adapt to and keep up with the changes in the demand for front-end development talents,understand and grasp the types and characteristics of market demand,starting from the enterprise recruitment information in various recruitment websites,this paper uses word frequency statistics and clustering algorithm to analyze the characteristics of enterprise job requirements,constructs a Web front-end development job requirements specification model,defines the Web front-end development personnel training specification,and provides support for the development of professional talents training plan,the timely adjustment of educational and teaching strategies,and better meeting the needs of the society for high-quality technical and skilled talents.
