摘要
头颈部鳞状细胞癌是全球第六大常见恶性肿瘤,在我国发病率为135.1/10万。头颈部解剖复杂,临床表现多样,早期诊断困难,因此,早诊断早治疗研究探索空间较大。类器官(Organoid)是一种体外3D培养技术,与对应的器官拥有类似的空间组织及生物学功能,是一种较好的肿瘤研究模型。因此,头颈部鳞状细胞癌类器官逐渐受到重视,有望广泛应用于头颈部鳞状细胞癌的研究。本文综述重点讨论类器官技术的研究进展及其在头颈部鳞状细胞癌研究中的应用情况。
Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)is the sixth most common malignant tumor in the world.The morbidity and mortality of esophageal cancer in China were 135.1/100000.The anatomy of the head and neck is complex,the clinical manifestations are diverse.HNSCC is more common with difficulty of early diagnosis.Therefore,there is a great space for research and exploration of early diagnosis and early treatment.Organoid is a novel product of3 D culture technology in vitro,which has similar spatial tissue and biological functions with corresponding organs.And it is a better tumor research model.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to HNSCC organoid,which is expected to be widely used in the research of HNSCC.This review focuses on the research progress of organoid technology and its application in the research of HNSCC.
