摘要
文章回顾针刺与艾灸疗法对比实验研究文献,从免疫调节、抗炎镇痛、改善血流循环、调节胃肠功能、影响机体代谢等方面对比分析针刺与艾灸疗法的效应差异及作用机理,并总结针刺与艾灸疗法的作用特点,以期为临床实践中最佳刺灸方法的选择提供理论依据。
This paper reviews the comparative experimental research literature of acupuncture and moxibustion,analyzes the difference and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion from the aspects of immune regulation,anti inflammation and analgesia,improving blood circulation,regulating gastrointestinal function,and affecting body metabolism,and summarizes the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion,so as to provide theoretical basis for the selection of the best acupuncture and moxibustion method in clinical practice.
