摘要
为满足高可靠性供电要求和全电压等级、扁平化调度管理模式,研究设计了主配一体化新一代调度技术支持系统基础框架,按照“监视控制分布、分析决策集中”的发展路线和“云端+就地”相结合的体系架构,针对雄安新区调控基础功能场景、特色场景开展建设,深入研究相关技术解决方案和关键技术,实现主配一体全电压等级调度、系统计算处理能力弹性扩展、系统监视告警智能全面可靠、业务应用开放共享、源网荷储各类有源资源灵活接入等功能,最终建成“三自两灵活”主动电网智慧调度系统,支撑公司数字化主动电网建设和能源互联网转型。
The basic framework of the new generation system of main distribution integration is studied and designed.The system meets the requirements of high reliability power supply and full voltage level,flat dispatching management mode.The system is based on the development route of“monitoring control distri bution,analysis and decision centralization”and the architecture of“cloud+local".Aiming at the basic function scenario and characteristic scenario of xiong”an new area,the related technical solutions and key technologies are deeply studied.The functions of all voltage level dispatching,flexible expansion of system computing and processing capacity,intelligent and reliable system monitoring and alarm,open and sharing of business applications,flexible access to various active resources of source network load and storage are realized in the system.Finally,the“three self and two flexible”active power grid intelligent control system will be built to strongly support the company’s digital active power grid construction and energy Internet transforma tion.
