新时代高校党建“双创”视阈下党建品牌建设探析 被引量:5

摘要 在新时代高校党建“双创”工作背景下,为进一步丰富党建工作内涵,加强品牌建设成效,激发基层组织活力,提升党建引领水平,增强组织育人实效,采用理论追溯、归纳总结、分析论证等方法,基于新时代高校党建“双创”视阈,对党建品牌建设的有效实施路径进行探讨。通过对高校党建品牌创建内涵的界定,明确了内涵特征,分析了高校基层党建品牌建设面临的困境,进而提出开展基层党建品牌建设的意义和价值,并进一步阐释了新时代高校党建“双创”视阈下党建品牌建设路径,即以品牌管理的理念,通过系统思维,创设工作抓手,实施项目管理,构建长效机制。研究结果可为高校创新开展基层党建工作提供理论支撑和实践思路。 In order to further innovate the connotation of Party building,strengthen the energy efficiency of brand building,stimulate the vitality of grass-roots organizations,improve the leading level of Party building,and enhance the effectiveness of organizational education in the context of“innovation and entrepreneurship”of Party building in universities in the new era,the methods of theoretical retrospection,induction,analysis and demonstration were adopted to discuss,the effective implementation path of Party-building brand construction from the perspective of“innovation and entrepreneurship”of Party building in universities in the new era.Party-building brand construction in universities was first defined to clarify the connotation and characteristics.Then,the difficulties faced by Party-building brand construction were analyzed at the grass-roots level in universities,prior to formulating the significance and value of carrying out Party-building brand construction at the grass-roots level.Finally,the Party-building brand construction path in universities was elaborated from the perspective of“innovation and entrepreneurship”in the new era.To provide theoretical support and practical thinking for the innovative development of grass-roots party construction in universities,we should uphold the ideology of brand management,create a work grab,implement project management,and build a long-term mechanism.
