摘要
论述了合肥光源新建的两条光束线软X射线磁性圆二色线(MCD-A)和苏大能源材料线(MCD-B)的真空安全联锁控制系统的相关设计内容。在基于IOC与模块化PLC的基础上,实现了双光束线共用一套真空安全联锁控制系统。每条光束线的终端OPI均可运行在本地或者远程实验站上。不仅精简了系统的硬件,节约了成本,也使系统的可靠性、安全性、可扩展性等都相应得到提高。为将来光束线站控制系统集中管理,采用多条光束线站共用一套真空安全联锁控制系统提供了实践基础。
The vacuum safety interlock control system of soft X-ray magnetic circular dichroism beamline(MCD-A)and Soochow beamline for energy materials(MCD-B)of HLS is developed.Based on IOC and modular PLC,the control system shared by double beamlines has been realized.The OPI terminal of each beamline can run on the local or remote experimental station.It not only simplifies the system hardware and saves the cost,but also improves the reliability,security,and scalability of the system.It provides a practical basis for the centralized management of vacuum interlock control system of beamlines in the future,using multiple beamline stations to share a set of vacuum interlocking control system.
