中国与“海丝之路”干散货海运网络货流分布集中度分析

摘要 为掌握海上丝绸之路干散货海运网络特性,提高中国港口在干散货海运网络中自我维护和应急处理能力,基于全球海洋货物运输船舶自动识别系统数据,首先根据中国港口与海上丝绸之路沿线港口的货流联系建立了加权有向的干散货海运网络,然后利用显著流分析法和赫芬达尔-赫希曼指数对干散货的区域货流分布集中度进行分析。结果显示中国与海上丝绸之路各海运区域之间干散货货流分布集中度具有明显差异,以欧洲、东北非和南非区域最为显著。计算结果对海上丝绸之路干散货海运网络的管理、规划、应急准备具有重要的参考意义。 In order to master the characteristics of the bulk shipping network of the Maritime Silk Road and improve the China maintenance and emergency handling capacity of Chinese ports in the bulk shipping network,based on the data of the global Automatic Identification System for marine cargo transport ships,a weighted and directional bulk shipping network was established firstly according to the cargo flow relationship between Chinese ports and ports along the maritime Silk Road,and then the method of flow analysis and Herfindar-Herchmann index were applied to analyze the concentration of regional distribution of bulk cargo flow.The results showed that the concentration degree of bulk cargo flow between China and the maritime Silk Road maritime region was significantly different,especialy in Europe,Northeast Africa and South Africa.The results are of great significance to the management,planning and emergency preparedness of the maritime Silk Road bulk shipping network.
