摘要
针对化纤箱封箱、捆绑、称重、喷码、码垛自动化生产线的工艺控制要求,设计了一种基于西门子S7-300PLC的自动化包装生产线控制系统,并详细介绍了PLC程序控制原理和部分IO点分配表及控制系统外部按钮功能。该系统增加了欧姆龙触摸屏MPTST来修改控制系统的参数,并对关键数据进行监控,达到了减少岗位人员数量及降低工人劳动强度的目的,使得人员和设备的配合达到最优,在获得社会效益的基础上提高了企业的劳动生产率和经济效益。
Aiming at the process and control requirements of chemical fiber box sealing,bundling,weighing,coding,and palletizing automated production lines,an automated packaging production line control system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC was designed,and the PLC program control principle and Part of the IO point allocation table and the external button function of the control system.The system adds the Omron touch screen MPTST to modify the parameters of the control system and monitor the key data,achieving the purpose of reducing the number of staff and reducing labor intensity,so that the cooperation of personnel and equipment is optimized.On the basis of obtaining social benefits,the labor productivity and economic benefits of enterprises have been improved.
