摘要
花生皮富含高抗氧化剂和高营养价值的活性物2,2-二苯基-1-吡啶-1-肼基水合物(DPPH),但实际工业生产中花生皮往往被直接遗弃.运用Box-Behnke设计(BBD)优化超临界CO_(2)和助溶剂乙醇以获得高提取率和高抗氧化活性.各工艺参数为温度(40、55、70℃),助溶剂乙醇体积分数(2.5%、5%、7.5%),提取压力(10、20、30 MPa)等.研究结果显示:在提取3 h的条件下,综合考虑花生皮DPPH最佳提取率与最佳抗氧化活性获得率,选择压力18.67 MPa,温度69.9℃和助溶剂乙醇体积分数3.32%,获得DPPH提取率为16.48%,提取物最佳抗氧化活性为94.51%.
Peanut peel is rich in 2,2-diphenyl-1-pyridine-1-hydrazine hydrate(DPPH)with high antioxidant and high nutritional value,but it is often abandoned directly in industrial production.Box Behnke Design(BBD)is used to optimize supercritical CO_(2) and cosolvent ethanol to obtain high extraction rate and high antioxidant activity.The parameters are temperature(40,55,70℃),ethanol content(2.5,5,7.5%),extraction pressure(10,20,30 MPa).The results show that under the condition of extracting for 3 hours,considering the best extraction rate of DPPH and the best antioxidant activity of peanut skin,the selection pressure is 18.67 MPa,the temperature is 69.9℃and the cosolvent ethanol is 3.32%.The extraction rate of DPPH is 16.48%,and the best antioxidant activity of the extract is 94.51%.
