摘要
烧结生产中,烧结机台车侧板由于在压力与温差较大环境下运行,容易产生裂缝,而裂缝的出现会影响烧结矿的质量,严重时会出现侧板断裂而引发生产事故。本文采用摄像机获取运行中的烧结机侧板视频图像数据,并使用labelme对数据进行标注处理,提出了基于DeepLabV3+识别网络对烧结机台车侧板裂缝进行检测的方法。结果表明:该方法对台车侧板裂缝检测具有较好的识别效果,为烧结过程的台车侧板裂缝检测问题提供了一种新的解决方案。
In sintering production, the trolley side plate of the sintering machine is prone to crack due to the large pressure and temperature difference.The appearance of crack will affect the quality of the sinter, and in severe cases, the side plate may break and cause production accidents.In this article, a camera is adopted to obtain the video image data of the side plate of the sintering machine in operation, and then the labelme is used to label and process the data.Based on this network recognition of DeepLabV3+,a method of detecting cracks on the trolley side plate of the sintering machine is proposed at last.The results show that the method has a good recognition effect on the crack detection of the trolley side plate, which provides a new solution for the crack detection of the trolley side plate during the sintering process.
