摘要
受化工企业生产工艺的影响,化工企业在生产过程中,诸多环节都需要进行换热。换热器是用于热量传递的主要设备,可以从温度较高的流体中将热量传递给温度较低的流体,保证生产工艺的需求。换热器自身运行的稳定与否,能够对生产品质产生直接一些重要的影响。结垢换热器运行过程中最常出现的问题之一,不仅会大大降低换热器自身的工作效率,导致生产环境无法达到相关要求,降低产品品质。文章阐述换热器结垢的成因,并探讨相关的解决措施。
Influenced by the production process of chemical enterprises,chemical enterprises in the production process,many links need to carry out heat transfer.Heat exchanger is used for heat transfer of the main equipment;it can transfer heat from the higher temperature of the fluid to the lower temperature of the fluid,to ensure the demand of production process.The stability of the heat exchanger itself can have a direct and important effect on the quality of production.One of the most common problems in the operation of scaling heat exchanger will not only greatly reduce the working efficiency of the heat exchanger itself,resulting in the production environment cannot meet the relevant requirements,reduce the quality of products.Therefore,this paper expounds the causes of heat exchanger scaling,and discusses the relevant solutions.
