摘要
在中国共产党百年华诞之际,总结中国共产党带领人民群众创造美好生活的奋斗历程和历史经验,展示中国人民消费水平逐步提升的光辉历程,不仅对于增强民族凝聚力和自豪感有着积极的理论意义,而且对于发挥消费对经济发展的基础性作用有着一定的实践意义。以供给与需求的矛盾运动为依据,从经济史学角度对中华人民共和国居民消费史进行贯通式、系统性、规律性的研究,可以将其分为量的不足阶段(1949-1978年)、量的扩张阶段(1978-1998年)和质的提高阶段(1998-2019年),每一阶段都始终贯穿着消费水平线和消费动力线这两条主线。同时,在研究过程中必须处理好目的和手段的关系问题,阐释好经济体制与居民消费的互动问题,解决好统计资料缺失和实际消费水平的分析问题,从而更好地发挥消费对生产力发展的促进作用。
On the occasion of the centennial anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,summarizing the struggle course and historical experience of the Communist Party of China in leading the people to create a better life over the past 70 years and showing the glorious course of the gradual improvement of the Chinese people s consumption level are not only of positive theoretical significance for enhancing the national cohesion and sense of pride,but also of practical significance in playing the basic role of consumption in the economic development.Based on the contradictory movement between supply and demand and from the perspective of economic historiography,this paper conducts a thorough,systematic and regular study of resident consumption history of the People s Republic of China.It can be divided into three stages:the insufficient stage of quantity(1949-1978),the expanding stage of quantity(1978-1998)and the improving stage of quality(1998-2019).Each stage runs through two main lines:consumption level line and consumption power line.In the process of research,we must deal with the relationship between purpose and means,explain the interaction between economic system and residents consumption,and solve the problems of lack of statistical data and analysis of actual consumption level,so as to better play the role of consumption in promoting the development of productivity.
