摘要
目的探讨护理程序系统思维在内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法按照随机采样的方式,抽取医院内科接收的实习护生56例作为研究对象,时间在2019年1月—2020年1月。将其平均划分为对照组和观察组,每组包含28例。前者采取传统护理带教,后者采取护理程序系统思维干预。对两组实习护生的理论知识和操作水平进行评估,比较两组护生对带教模式满意度。结果在带教后,观察组实习护生的理论知识与操作水平、对带教模式满意度相较于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内科护理带教中,运用护理程序系统思维干预,能够提高实习护生的理论知识与操作水平,优化护生对教学的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of systematic thinking of nursing procedure in medical nursing teaching.Methods According to the method of random sampling,56 interns and nursing students were selected from our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 28 cases in each group.The former adopts traditional nursing instruction,while the latter adopts systematic thinking intervention of nursing procedure.The theoretical knowledge and operation level of the two groups were evaluated,and the satisfaction of the two groups to the teaching mode was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the theoretical knowledge,operation level and satisfaction with the teaching mode of the observation group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of internal medicine nursing,the application of systematic thinking intervention of nursing procedure can improve the theoretical knowledge and operation level of nursing students,optimize the satisfaction of nursing students with teaching.
