摘要
针对传统移动列车组移动时需要频繁铺设和拆卸轨道,工人劳动量大、危险系数高等问题,设计2种自带轨道的平板车,重点对垂直提升平板车进行了研究,介绍了垂直提升平板车的结构、工作原理及控制系统,同时对提升千斤顶及压轮进行了强度校核,最终验证了垂直提升平板车各组成部件满足强度要求。
Aiming at the problems of frequent laying and dismantling of tracks during the movement of traditional mobile train set, heavy labor and high risk factors, two kinds of flat car with their own tracks were designed, focus on the research of vertical lifting flat car, introduced the structure, working principle and control system of the vertical lifting flat car, at the same time, the strength of the lifting jack and the pressure wheel was checked, and it was finally verified that each component of the vertical lifting flat car meet the strength requirements.
