摘要
在医患供求关系日趋复杂化和多样化的今天,公立医院必须不断加强人才梯队建设,优化人才培养机制,打造一支既具备符合时代要求的新管理理念,又深刻了解临床实践规律的管理队伍,以不断提高医院的综合管理水平。某公立医院创新性地提出了医院管理骨干培养项目,鼓励优秀临床骨干到职能部门轮转。该文以该公立医院为例,对该医院开展的管理骨干培养项目的实践进行探讨分析,并提出优化建议。
With the increasingly complex and diversified supply and demand relationship between doctors and patients,public hospitals must continuously strengthen the construction of talent echelon,optimize the talent training mechanism,and create a management team that not only has new management concepts that meet the requirements of the times,but also deeply understands the laws of clinical practice,in order to continuously improve the comprehensive management level of the hospital.A public hospital innovatively proposed a hospital management backbone training program to encourage outstanding clinical backbones to rotate to functional departments.This article takes the public hospital as an example to discuss and analyze the practice of the management backbone training project carried out by the hospital,and propose optimization suggestions.
