摘要
介绍了在组织某次比对活动中,水中^(239)Pu样品的制备、液闪测量方法建立、均匀性检验和结果不确定度评估。液闪测量^(239)Pu的最优PSA(脉冲形状分析,Pulse Shape Analysis)值为62,探测效率约为99.6%。比对样品的均匀性检验采用液闪测量方法,方差分析数据显示液闪测量方法重复性良好,样品通过均匀性检验。不确定度评估结果显示,样品活度浓度的不确定度主要来源于样品均匀性,其不确定度分量占比约96%。
In a comparison activity,the preparation of^(239)Pu aqueous samples,establishment of liquid scintillation counting measurement methods,homogeneity test and uncertainty evaluation are introduced in the paper.The optimal PSA value for LSC is 62,and the detection efficiency is about 99.6%.The homogeneity test uses LSC measurement method.ANOVA data shows that the repeatability of LSC method is good and the samples are uniform.The result of uncertainty evaluation shows that the uncertainty of sample activity concentration is mainly from the homogeneity of the samples.The uncertainty component of the homogeneity is about 96%.
