摘要
针对汽驱开发试验中出现的汽窜、油层受效不均等问题,研制出一种全液相高温调剖剂,10 g堵剂沉淀量达到1.8 g,无机凝胶强度达到5 MPa/m,封堵率在55%~90%间可调,耐温达到350℃,经现场调剖试验后,措施井的注汽压力提高1.7 MPa,吸汽剖面改善明显,调剖效果显著,提高了汽驱的注汽利用率和采收率。
The high temperature profile control agent of whole liquid phase was prepared,aiming at solving the problems of gas channeling and uneven performance of oil layer in the development test of steam drive.The precipitation of 10 g plugging agent reached 1.8 g,the strength of the inorganic gel reached 5 MPa/m,the plugging rate was between 55%and 90%,the resistance temperature could reach 350℃,the steam injection pressure of the measured well increased by 1.7 MPa after field profile control test.The steam injection profile was improved obviously,the effect of profile control was significant,the steam injection efficiency and recovery rate of steam drive were improved.
