摘要
为研究不同强度煤承载的声发射特征,选取平均单轴抗压强度分别为30 MPa(大同矿区忻州窑矿)和10 MPa(双鸭山矿区东荣二矿)的煤体试样进行了单轴压缩条件下的声发射试验,对煤在单轴压缩过程各阶段声发射能量、振铃计数等进行分析。试验结果显示,不同强度的煤压缩过程中表现出的AE能量、振铃计数等存在着差异,尤其在线弹性阶段和应力峰值阶段,AE特征发生明显突变;强度较大的忻州窑矿的煤样振铃计数出现的时间晚于东营二矿,但振铃计数与能量峰值增幅较东营二矿更快。论文亦综合分析了文献中其他煤样受压声发射研究的数据,均支持本文结论。
In order to study the acoustic emission characteristics of different strength coal,the coal sample from the Xinzhouyao mine and the Dongronger mine were separately selected for acoustic emission test under uniaxial compression conditions.The average uniaxial compressive strengths were 30 MPa and 10 MPa,respectively.And the acoustic emission energy and counts of coal in each stage of uniaxial compression process were analyzed.The results show that there are differences in AE energy and counts during compression of coal with different strength,especially inelastic elastic stage and stress peak stage.The coal sample counts of the intensive Xinzhouyao mine appeares later than Dongronger mine,but the counts and energy peak increase are faster than that of Dongronger mine.The paper also comprehensively analyzes the data of other coal-like compressed acoustic emission research in the literature,which supports the conclusions presented in this paper,the same as the other coal compressed acoustic emission studies.
