摘要
从人口老龄化的视角对三级医院预约挂号的实践现状进行了分析,介绍了北京医院在老年患者预约挂号便利服务方面的举措,从加强宣传引导、推动创新和个性化服务、提高资源整合等方面提出了进一步改进预约挂号服务的建议。
This paper analyzed the current practice of appointment registration in tertiary hospitals from the perspective of population aging,and introduced the measures on convenience service of appointment registration for elderly patients in Beijing Hospital.Suggestions were put forward to further improve the appointment registration service from the aspects of strengthening publicity and guidance,promoting innovation and personalized service,and improving the integration of resources.
