-80℃斯特林制冷机回热器优化设计及试验研究

Optimal design of regenerator of Stirling refrigerator at-80℃

摘要 为探讨不同回热器填充参数对-80℃斯特林制冷机性能的影响,讨论了回热器填料的选型原则,建立了回热器力学模型,计算了不同填充长度、截面积和冷端质量流量。结果显示,对于250目、300目、400目三种不锈钢丝网,回热器最佳填充长度为20—25 mm,丝网存在最佳的Ag/mc使COP最大,300目丝网作为填充材料COP最高为35.95%。实验验证了计算结果,300目不锈钢丝网填充的回热器性能最佳,制冷量达到85.3 W。 In order to explore the influence of different filling paramters of regenerator on the properties of Stirling refrigerator at-80℃,a selection principle for the filling materials of regenerator was discussed and a thermodynamic model was built.These parameters of filling material length,cross section area and mass flow rate were calculated.The results show that an optimal filling length is the range of 20 to 25 mm,there is an optimal Ag/mc ratio to enable COP up to maximum value of 35.95%for three kinds of stainless steel wire meshes with 250,300 and 400 meshes.The experiment verified the calculated results,i.e.,the regenerator filled with 300 meshes has best performance with the cooling capacity of 85.3 W.
