防弹插板材料表面改性对其粘结性能影响

摘要 为提高防弹插板中芳纶与防弹陶瓷和超高分子量聚乙烯板的粘结性能,先使用NaOH溶液预处理芳纶,再用硅烷偶联剂进行表面接枝改性。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、水接触角测量仪和扫描电镜对改性前后的芳纶纤维进行表征,使用电子万能试验机测试试样的拉伸剪切强度。结果显示:NaOH预处理水解纤维表面,提高了纤维表面活性,降低了水接触角,提高了纤维润湿性。KH550通过共价键成功接枝到纤维表面,在纤维表面形成了一层偶联涂层,增加了纤维表面粗糙度;NaOH预处理和KH550改性对粘结强度有明显提升,通过单因素法分析偶联剂处理中偶联剂浓度、处理温度、处理时间对改性的影响,其中浓度和处理时间对改性效果影响较大,处理温度影响较小。最佳改性方案为硅烷偶联剂KH550浓度5%、时间1 h、温度40℃。 To improve the bonding performance between the aramid fiber and the bulletproof ceramic in the bulletproof insert board,the aramid fiber was pretreated with sodium hydroxide(NaOH)solution and then grafting the aramid fiber with silane coupling agent(KH550).The aramid fiber was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),water contact angle measuring instrument,scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),and the tensile shear strength of the sample was tested by the electronic universal testing machine.The results showed NaOH pretreatment hydrolyzes the fiber surface,improves the fiber surface activity,and improves the fiber wettability.KH550 was successfully grafted to the surface of the fiber through covalent bonds,forming a coupling coating on the surface of the fiber,which improved the surface roughness of the fiber;NaOH pretreatment and KH550 modification significantly improved the bond strength,through the single-factor method to analyze the influence of coupling agent concentration,treatment temperature,and treatment time on the modification in the treatment of coupling agent.Among them,the concentration and treatment time have a greater influence on the modification effect,while the effect of treatment temperature is small.The best modification plan is silane coupling agent KH550 concentration 5%,time 1 h,temperature 40℃.
