摘要
吊耳的结构设计是确保装配式桥墩吊装过程安全的关键环节,依托广州市芳村大道南快捷化改造工程,针对其装配式桥墩的吊点,提出柔性钢绞线吊耳方案。建立吊耳的有限元模型,考虑垂直吊装、90°角翻转两种工况,进行数值计算,分析了吊耳和混凝土的变形及应力。结果表明:吊耳结构满足承载力要求,但局部需加强;提出了优化措施,并通过现场试验进一步验证了该方案的可靠性,为同类工程提供参考。
The design of the lifting lug is critical to ensure the safety of the precast bridge pier hoisting and installation.One scheme of lifting lug made by flexible steel strand was proposed in this study which used in Southern Fangcun Avenue Rapidly Reconstruction Project in Guangzhou.Finite element model of the lifting lug was established,and numerical calculation was carried out considering two conditions including the vertical lifting and turning over within 90°angle.The deformation and stress of lifting lug were analyzed.The results show that flexible steel strand lifting lug meets the requirement of bearing capacity,however,it needs to be strengthened locally.The optimization of the lifting lug structure was suggested finally.The reliability of the optimized scheme is further verified through test on site,which provid‐ing an important reference for similar projects.
