两种电子烟气溶胶中1,2-丙二醇、丙三醇、烟碱及甲醛的逐口释放行为 被引量:4

Puff-by-puff releases of 1,2-propylene glycol,glycerol,nicotine and formaldehyde in aerosols of two types of e-cigarettes

摘要 为了解电子烟烟气成分的逐口释放行为和探索雾化机理,以两种不同雾化方式(电阻丝雾化和超声波雾化)的电子烟为研究对象,利用转盘型吸烟机进行前15口的烟气逐口抽吸与滤片捕集,考察两种电子烟的气溶胶捕集量、烟碱释放量、1,2-丙二醇释放量及所占比例、丙三醇释放量及所占比例、甲醛释放量及所占比例随抽吸口数序号的变化情况。结果表明:①随抽吸口数序号的增加,电阻丝雾化电子烟各考察指标的稳定性好于超声波雾化电子烟。②受超声波振荡和雾化片加热的双重作用,超声波雾化电子烟气溶胶捕集量、1,2-丙二醇释放量、丙三醇释放量、烟碱释放量随抽吸口数序号的增大均呈现出先增加后逐渐平稳的趋势。③超声波雾化电子烟在开始抽吸时出现1,2-丙二醇所占比例偏高和丙三醇所占比例偏低的现象。④由于超声波雾化电子烟雾化片温度低于电阻丝的加热温度,所以超声波雾化电子烟甲醛释放量和甲醛所占比例小于电阻丝雾化电子烟,其中甲醛所占比例约为电阻丝雾化电子烟的1/5。 In order to investigate the puff-by-puff release behaviors of aerosol components of 2 types of e-cigarettes with different atomization mechanisms,two e-cigarettes adopting a resistive coil and another with an ultrasonic atomization were smoked by a modified rotary smoking machine.The aerosols released from the first 15 puffs of the two e-cigarettes were trapped on filters on a puff-by-puff basis.The variations of the aerosol collection mass(ACM),nicotine releases,and the releases of 1,2-propylene glycol,glycerol and formaldehyde and their ratios with ACM were analyzed.The results showed that:1)The stability of each aerosol index from the e-cigarette adopting resistance wire atomization was better than the one adopting ultrasonic atomization with the proceeding puffs.2)Due to the dual effects of ultrasonic oscillation and atomizer heating,the ACM and releases of 1,2-propylene glycol,glycerol and nicotine increased first,then stabilized gradually with the proceeding puffs.3)The ratio of 1,2-propylene glycol in ACM was higher and that of glycerol was lower for initial puffs for the ultrasonic e-cigarette.4)Because the atomizer temperature of the ultrasonic e-cigarette was lower than that of the resistance wire,the formaldehyde release and its ratio in ACM were less for the ultrasonic e-cigarette,reaching one fifth for the ratio of formaldehyde in ACM.
