摘要
意义世界是支撑人在现实世界中安身立命、引导生活实践的价值理念系统,是一个具有超越属性的"形上世界"。意义世界可帮助乡村教师完成"生命秩序"的自我安顿,求得"意义"的生活方式,以及生成"乡村场域"的文化自觉。但随着市场经济与城镇化的发展,部分乡村教师的意义世界遭受冲击而渐趋退隐,出现教育信念缺位、精神思想贫乏和生活实践困顿等症状。因此,乡村教师有必要通过价值合理化的自我形成、人性能力的自觉提升、内在身心与外在现实的自我统整、专业素养提升途径的主动寻求等途径来完成意义世界的自我救赎。
The world of meaning is a system of values that supports people’s lives and practices in the real world.It is a transcendental metaphysical world.The world of meaning can help rural teachers to complete the self-settling of life"order",seek a"meaningful"way of life,and create a cultural consciousness of the rural"field".However,with the development of market economy and urbanization,the meaning world of some rural teachers has been impacted and gradually retired,and there are symptoms such as lack of educational beliefs,lack of spiritual thoughts and difficulties in life practice.Therefore,it is necessary for rural teachers to accomplish self-salvation in the meaning world through the self-formation of value rationalization,the conscious improvement of human ability,the self-organization of internal and external physical and external reality,and the active pursuit of professional literacy.
