摘要
医院属于公共场所,床位密集,人流量很大,一旦发生火灾及电气事故就会造成巨大的人员伤亡及财产损失,而方舱医院相比普通医院则有着更多的火灾,电气事故隐患。因此,做好方舱医院的安全分析极为重要。以洪山体育馆方舱医院为例,使用调查法,实地调查了洪山体育馆周边情况,列举了方舱医院可能存在的火灾安全隐患,对其消防安全风险性进行分析,提出了火灾预防措施,根据调查结果提出了由五条撤离洪山体育馆的路线和一条最为方便的就医路线组成的撤离方案,对于减小火灾安全隐患及降低火灾后果有着较大的意义。
Hospital is a public place,with dense beds and large flow of people.Once fire and electrical accidents happen,it will cause huge casualties and property losses.Compared with ordinary hospitals,shelter hospitals have more hidden dangers of fire and electrical accidents.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job in the safety analysis of shelter hospitals.Taking the shelter Hospital of Hongshan gymnasium as an example,this paper investigates the surrounding conditions of Hongshan gymnasium on the spot by using the survey method,lists the potential fire safety hazards that may exist in the shelter hospital,analyzes its fire safety risks,and puts forward the fire prevention measures.According to the investigation results,the evacuation scheme is proposed,which is composed of five evacuation routes from Hongshan gymnasium and one most convenient route for medical treatment.It is of great significance to reduce the hidden danger of fire safety and reduce the consequences of fire.
