摘要
建立了气相色谱-质谱联用测定电子烟液中丁二酮和乙偶姻含量的方法,该方法分析时间短,在浓度范围1-100μg/mL内两者线性良好,相关系数R~2均大于0.998。同时考察了其在包含49%丙二醇、49%甘油和2%尼古丁的烟油中的稳定性。研究发现丁二酮较乙偶姻稳定性差,随着烟油储存时间的增加含量降低更快,在含乙偶姻的烟油中会有丁二酮的产生,同时发现,将烟油中2%的尼古丁用苯甲酸盐尼古丁替代,可抑制乙偶姻的氧化,从而减少丁二酮的产生。
A method for the determination of butanedione and acetoin in electronic cigarette liquid by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The analysis time of this method is short,and the linearity is good in the concentration range of 1-100μg/ml,and the correlation coefficient R2 is greater than 0.998.At the same time,its stability in tobacco oil containing 49% propylene glycol,49% glycerol and 2% nicotine was investigated.It was found that the stability of butanedione was worse than that of acetoin,and the content of butanedione decreased faster with the increase of storage time of tobacco oil.Meanwhile,it was found that replacing 2% nicotine in tobacco oil with nicotine benzoate could inhibit the oxidation of acetoin,thus reducing the production of butanedione.
