摘要
以端氢硅油、烯丙基环氧聚醚为原料,通过硅氢加成反应制得端环氧聚醚硅油中间体(EPS),再分别与哌嗪、甲基哌嗪和N,N-二甲基哌嗪进行氨解开环反应,制得一系列结构中含仲胺基、叔胺基和季铵基等的嵌段聚醚氨基硅油(CS),通过核磁共振氢谱和碳谱表征系列硅油结构,系统研究其应用性能。结果表明:同时含叔胺基和季铵基的硅油整理的织物具有优异的亲水性,静态吸水时间可达6~7 s,而含仲胺基的硅油亲水性较差(大于3 min);提高聚醚链段的平均相对分子质量可明显改善硅油整理后化纤织物的亲水性,但对棉针织物的亲水性影响较小。
The intermediate of end epoxy polyether(EPS)was prepared by hydrosilylation reaction with hydrogen terminated silicone oil and allyl epoxy polyether as raw materials.Then a series of block polyether silicone oils(CS)containing secondary amine,tertiary amine and quaternary ammonium groups were obtained by the ring opening reaction of the epoxy polyether silicone oil with piperazine,methylpiperazine and N,N-dimethylpiperazine respectively.The structure of a series of silicone oils was characterized by ^(1)H NMR and ^(13)C NMR,and their application properties were systematically studied.The results showed that the fabrics treated by the silicone oils with tertiary amine and quaternary ammonium group had excellent hydrophilic properties,which the static water absorption time could reach 6~7 s,while hydrophilicity of fabric treated by the silicone oils with secondary amine group was poor(>3 min).Increasing the molecular weight of polyether chain in CS could also significantly improve the hydrophilicity of the chemical fabric treated by the silicone oil,but it had little effect on the hydrophilicity of cotton knitted fabric.
