摘要
以金属硬密封球阀为研究对象,建立阀座与球体接触的有限元模型,计算密封比压和弹簧预紧力的大小。采用ANSYS Workbench对密封结构进行温度场分析,并将温度结果导入静力学模块进行耦合分析,分别取5组密封面宽度和6组压力角数据进行模拟。结果表明:密封比压随着密封面宽度的增加而减小,随着压力角的增加而增大。
Taking a metal sealed ball valve as the research object,the finite element model for both valve seat and ball contact pairs was established to calculate the seal’s specific pressure and the spring preload force;meanwhile,having temperature field of the seal structure analyzed with ANSYS Workbench and the temperature results imported into static module for coupling analysis,and 5 sets of sealing surface width and 6 sets of pressure angle data selected for simulation to show that,the specific pressure of the seal decreases with the increase of width of the sealing surface,and increases with the increase of pressure angle.
