考虑多影响因素的混凝土地区测强曲线测试与分析

摘要 为建立内蒙古包头地区混凝土测强曲线,以强度等级、粉煤灰掺量和养护龄期为变量,对混凝土进行回弹试验、碳化深度试验和立方体抗压强度试验,采用不同函数形式对回弹值、碳化深度和抗压强度进行了拟合,建立了混凝土回弹测强曲线,并对拟合误差及其影响因素进行分析。研究表明,幂函数拟合精度最高,符合JGJ/T 23—2011对地区测强曲线误差的要求;采用建立的测强曲线进行混凝土抗压强度推定时,对中等强度、较低粉煤灰掺量和各个龄期的混凝土强度均具有较高的推定精度。 In order to establish a concrete strength test curve in Baotou,Inner Mongolia,the rebound test,carbonization depth test and cube compressive strength test were carried out on concrete specimen with the strength grade,fly ash content and curing age as variables.Different function forms are used to fit the rebound value,carbonization depth and compressive strength,the concrete rebound strength test curve is established,and the fitting error and its influencing factors are analyzed.Research shows that the fitting accuracy of the power function is the highest,which meets the requirements of JGJ/T 23—2011 on the error of the regional strength curve.When using the strength curve established in this paper to estimate the compressive strength of concrete,it has high estimation accuracy for medium concrete strength,low fly ash content and concrete strength of various ages.
