摘要
目的分析经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗效果。方法简单随机选择2017年3月—2020年8月间在该院接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,根据不同的治疗方式分成对照组与观察组,对照组接受常规手术治疗,观察组接受经皮椎间孔镜治疗,记录两组患者手术指标,并评估两组疼痛与功能障碍状况,比较临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的手术用时、术中出血量和住院时间分别是(53.05±10.56)min、(14.27±4.33)mL、(5.09±2.36)d,均显著较对照组各项数据(163.23±78.46)min、(44.23±2.36)mL、(15.65±6.45)d低,差异有统计学意义(t=8.802、38.424、9.724,P<0.05);观察组患者VAS评分(0.64±0.25)分与ODI评分(5.33±1.12)分较对照组(3.02±0.98)分、(7.88±3.02)分明显更优,差异有统计学意义(t=14.883、5.007,P<0.05)。结论针对腰椎间盘突出症患者,临床给予经皮椎间孔镜治疗的效果尤为确切,可有效改善手术指标,缓解疼痛感,改善机体功能,在临床中应广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect of percutaneous intervertebral foraminal endoscopy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in the hospital between March 2017 and August 2020 were simply randomly selected as the subjects of this trial.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group received conventional surgical treatment,the observation group received percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy,the surgical indicators of the two groups of patients were recorded,and the pain and dysfunction conditions of the two groups were evaluated,and the clinical treatment effects were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay of the observation group were(53.05±10.56)min,(14.27±4.33)mL,and(5.09±2.36)d,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(163.23±78.46)min,(44.23±2.36)mL,(15.65±6.45)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.802,38.424,9.724,P<0.05);the observation group had VAS score(0.64±0.25)points and ODI score(5.33±1.12)points were significantly better than those of the control group(3.02±0.98)points and(7.88±3.02)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.883,5.007,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation,the clinical effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy is particularly accurate.It can effectively improve surgical indicators,relieve pain,and improve body function.It should be widely promoted in clinical practice.
