摘要
新世纪以来,我国高等教育普及率逐年上升,越来越多的高中毕业生步入大学校园。截止2020年10月,我国各类高等教育在学总规模达到4000余万人,高等教育入学率高达51.6%。学生数量的急剧增加对各大高校学生管理能力和管理体制建设提出了更高的要求。此外,随着现代化信息技术的不断发展,大学生群体更容易受到不同维度意识形态的影响。大学阶段是学生三观确立和意识形态培养的关键期,面对日益复杂化的教育问题,各大高校应当积极扩大学生管理渠道,将学生管理重点转移到思政意识形态教育中来。本文立足于现阶段高校学生管理中存在的现实问题,结合思政意识形态教育工作的重要意义,探索新时期高校学生管理体制创新的有效策略。
Higher education in China has witnessed a year-to-year increase in the popularization rate since the new century.More and more high school graduates have been enrolled by the university.By October 2020,the total enrollment of all types of higher education in China has reached more than 40 million,of which the higher education enrollment rate reach upto 51.6%.Evidently,the sharp increase in the number of students has raised higher requirements of student management ability and management system construction for major colleges and universities.Besides,college students are more susceptible to the influence of ideologies at different dimensions under the continuous development of modem information technology.Also,students5 world views,outlooks on life and values as well as ideologies are mostly established and cultivated in the university.Hence,all universities shall actively expand student management chaimels and shift the focus of student management to ideological education in response to the education problem of growing complexity.In this paper,an effective strategy for innovating the college student management system in the new era was discussed against the current problems in the management of college students based on the significance of ideological education.
