摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮精氨酸水平对91~120日龄清远麻鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力、免疫功能和肉品质的影响。试验选用1050只91日龄清远麻鸡母鸡,采用完全随机分组设计分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复35只。各组饲粮精氨酸水平分别为0.66%、0.78%、0.90%、1.02%、1.14%。试验期30 d。结果表明:1)饲粮精氨酸水平对91~120日龄清远麻鸡平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比均无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)随着饲粮精氨酸水平的升高,血浆和空肠黏膜总超氧化物歧化酶(T⁃SOD)活性、血浆总抗氧化力(T⁃AOC)呈线性和二次曲线升高(P<0.05),血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量呈线性和二次曲线降低(P<0.05),空肠谷胱甘肽过氧化酶1(GPX1)mRNA表达量呈线性和二次曲线升高(P<0.05)。3)饲粮精氨酸水平对120日龄清远麻鸡血浆免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M含量和空肠黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)、白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-6含量均无显著影响(P>0.05),但空肠Toll样受体4(TLR4)和髓样分化因子88(MYD88)mRNA表达量随饲粮精氨酸水平的升高呈二次曲线降低(P<0.05),空肠闭合小环蛋白-1(ZO⁃1)mRNA表达量随饲粮精氨酸水平的升高呈二次曲线升高(P<0.05)。4)120日龄清远麻鸡屠宰率随饲粮精氨酸水平的升高呈线性和二次曲线增加(P<0.05),但饲粮精氨酸水平对胸肌剪切力、pH和肉色均无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加精氨酸可改善91~120日龄清远麻鸡肠道抗氧化能力和胴体性状,但对免疫功能和肉品质无明显影响。以平均日增重和料重比为主要评价指标,依据二次曲线模型估测,91~120日龄清远麻鸡饲粮精氨酸适宜水平分别为0.88%和0.94%。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary arginine level on growth perform⁃ance,antioxidant capacity,immune function and meat quality of Qingyuan partridge chickens during 91 to 120 days of age.One thousand and fifty 91⁃day⁃old female Qingyuan partridge female chickens were randomly as⁃signed to 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 35 chickens per replicate.The dietary arginine levels of each group were 0.66%,0.78%,0.90%,1.02%and 1.14%,respectively.The experiment lasted for 30 days.The results showed as follows:1)dietary arginine level had no significant effects on the average daily feed intake,average daily gain and feed to gain ratio of Qingyuan partridge chickens during 91 to 120 days of age(P>0.05).2)With dietary arginine level increasing,the activity of total superoxide dismutase(T⁃SOD)in plas⁃ma and jejunal mucosa and total antioxidant capacity(T⁃AOC)in plasma were increased linearly and quadrati⁃cally(P<0.05),the plasma malondialdehyde(MDA)content was decreased linearly and quadratically(P<0.05),and the jejunal glutathione peroxidase 1(GPX1)mRNA expression level was increased linearly and quadratically(P<0.05).3)Dietary arginine level had no significant effects on the contents of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in plasma and the contents of secretion immunoglobulin A,in⁃terleukin⁃2 and interleukin⁃6 in jejunal mucosa of Qingyuan partridge chickens at 120 days of age(P>0.05),but the mRNA expression levels of Toll⁃like receptor 4(TLR4)and myeloid differentiation factor 88(MYD88)in jejunum were decreased quadratically with dietary arginine level increasing(P<0.05),and the mRNA expression level of zonula occludens protein⁃1(ZO⁃1)in jejunum was increased quadratically with diet⁃ary arginine level increasing(P<0.05).4)The dressing rate of Qingyuan partridge chickens at 120 days of age was increased linearly and quadratically with dietary arginine level increasing(P<0.05),but dietary argi⁃nine level had no significant effects on shear force,pH and meat color in breast(P>0.05).In summary,diet⁃ary supplemented with arginine can improve intestinal antioxidant capacity and carcass traits of Qingyuan par⁃tridge chickens during 91 to 120 days of age,but have no significant effects on immune function and meat quality.Based on average daily gain and feed to gain ratio,the optimal arginine levels estimated by regression analysis for Qingyuan partridge chickens during 91 to 120 days of age are 0.88%and 0.94%,respectively.
