摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加柠檬酸铜对肉兔生长性能、小肠黏膜发育和血清生化指标的影响。选择28日龄同期断奶新西兰肉兔420只,随机分为5组,每组14个重复,每个重复6只(公母各占1/2),分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、10、20 mg/kg(以铜计)柠檬酸铜以及20、150 mg/kg(以铜计)硫酸铜的试验饲粮,各组饲粮铜含量实测值依次为5.1、15.6、25.9、25.2和153.4 mg/kg。预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果显示:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加20 mg/kg柠檬酸铜可以显著提高肉兔的平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低料重比、死亡率和腹泻率(P<0.05),且20 mg/kg柠檬酸铜组与150 mg/kg硫酸铜组之间上述指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加20 mg/kg柠檬酸铜可以显著提高肉兔小肠各段绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度(P<0.05),且20 mg/kg柠檬酸铜组与150 mg/kg硫酸铜组之间上述指标无显著差异(P>0.05);小肠各段隐窝深度各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮添加20 mg/kg柠檬酸铜可以显著提高肉兔血清中铜锌超氧化物歧化酶、铜蓝蛋白活性和胰岛素、生长激素含量(P<0.05),其中20 mg/kg柠檬酸铜组与150 mg/kg硫酸铜组在血清铜锌超氧化物歧化酶、铜蓝蛋白活性和生长激素含量上差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加20 mg/kg柠檬酸铜可以促进肉兔生长,降低腹泻率和死亡率,促进肠道发育,改善血清生化指标,其作用效果与150 mg/kg硫酸铜相当。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of cupric citrate on the growth performance,intestinal mucosal development and serum biochemical indexes of meat rabbits. A total of 420 New Zealand meat rabbits at the same weaned age of 28 days were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups,each group had 14 replicates with 6 rabbits(half male and half female)per replicate.Rabbits in the 5 groups were fed experimental diets which supplemented with 0(control group),10,20 mg/kg(as copper)cupric citrate and 20,150 mg/kg(as copper)copper sulfate based on a basal diet,and the measured copper content in each group was 5.1,15.6,25.9,25.2 and 153.4 mg/kg,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the formal experimental period lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follow:1)compared with the control group,diet supplemented 20 mg/kg cupric citrate could significantly increase the average daily gain(P<0.05),and significantly reduce the feed/gain,mortality rate and diarrhea rate of meat rabbits(P<0.05),and there were no significant difference in above indexes between the 20 mg/kg cupric citrate group and the 150 mg/kg copper sulfate group(P>0.05). 2)Compared with the control group,diet supplemented 20 mg/kg cupric citrate could significantly improve the villi height and villi height/crypt depth in all segments of small intestine(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in above indexes between the 20 mg/kg cupric citrate group and the 150 mg/kg copper sulfate group(P>0.05).3)Compared with the control group,diet supplemented 20 mg/kg cupric citrate could significantly increase the activities of copper and zinc superoxide dismutase,copper blue protein,and the contents of insulin and growth hormone in serum of meat rabbits(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the activities of copper and zinc superoxide dismutase,copper blue protein and the content of growth hormone in serum between the20 mg/kg cupric citrate group and the 150 mg/kg copper sulfate group(P>0.05). To sum up,diet supplemented 20 mg/kg can promote the growth of meat rabbits,reduce diarrhea rate and mortality rate,promote intestinal development,and improve serum biochemical indexes,and its efficacy is equivalent with 150 mg/kg copper sulfate.
