摘要
近年来,突发公共卫生事件呈现复杂多变、涉及范围广等特点,为社区应急管理与护理体系带来挑战,也对社区护理教学提出了更高要求。该研究认为突发公共卫生事件应急管理与护理是社区护理学课程的教学重点,但在课程设置中存在模块缺失、教育观念滞后、教学不受重视等问题,成为护理专业学生掌握相关知识的重要阻碍。突发公共卫生事件应急管理和护理内容知识点分散,内容广泛,涉及多学科、多专业知识,因此,作者提出在社区护理教学内容中引入“整合医学”的理念,结合新型教学方法,并融合思政观念与中华民族文化元素,对教学内容、教学方法以及教学过程进行全面改革创新,以此开展突发公共卫生事件应急管理与护理教学,为形成完善的社区护理教学模式奠定基础。
In recent years,public health emergencies are characterized by complexity and changeability and wide range of involvement,which brings challenges to community emergency management and nursing system,and also puts forward higher requirements to community nursing teaching.Public health emergency management and nursing should be the focus of community nursing courses.However,a lack of learning content,missing in educational concepts and neglect of teaching become the obstacles for the teaching of relevant knowledge.The knowledge of emergency management and nursing of public health emergencies are scattered and extensive,which involve various disciplines and professional knowledge.Therefore,the concept of“integrated medicine”should be proposed in the teaching content of community nursing.Comprehensive reform and innovate the teaching content should be performed in teaching method and process by combining new teaching methods and integrating ideological and political concepts with Chinese national cultural elements,which lays the foundation for the formation of a perfect public health emergency management and nursing teaching.
