涪陵页岩气田老区钻井存在的问题探讨

On Challenges of Drilling in the Old Area of Fuling Shale Gas Field

摘要 涪陵页岩气田焦石坝老区逐渐进入稳产开发调整阶段,相较于开发初期,平台部署井数增加、水平井水平段间距减小、单井水平段加长,龙马溪组页岩气地层经过压裂、试气、采气等环节,地层压力系统发生改变,受地层限制井身结构优化和机械钻速提高遇到瓶颈。为了降低钻井周期和工程成本,减少钻井复杂故障时效,从钻井设计角度出发,分析存在的问题与提出建议,为下一步开发调整阶段钻井提速提效提供技术支撑。 Jiaoshiba old area of Fuling shale gas field gradually enters into the stage of stable development adjustment,and compared with the early development,the number of pad wells increases,the spacing between horizontal sections decreases,and the length of a horizontal section for a single well increases.The formation pressure was subject to changes following the fracturing jobs,gas testing,gas production and others,and the optimization of wellbore structure and increase of ROP are restricted by stratigraphic limit.In order to reduce the drilling cycle,engineering cost,and drilling outage time,from the perspective of drilling design,the challenges were analyzed and the solutions were put forward,so as to provide technical support for improving the ROP and drilling efficiency in the next stage of development adjustment.
