摘要
为了进一步提升油田安全督查效率,需要根据实际情况明确油田检查与防范的全过程。在重大安全隐患处理、承包商安全督查、交通安全督查、安全培训、岗位绩效激励等方面,应健全安全监督管理体制,快速识别油田场景运行需求点,创新安全督查管理模式,构建完善的功能化运行机制,依据需求设计岗位,切实做好安全保障工作。
In order to further enhance safety supervision efficiency of the oil field,the overall process of its inspection and preventatives is clearly defined as per the actual situation.We should improve the system of safety supervision and management,quickly identify demand points of an oilfield scene,innovate safety supervision management pattern,establish a perfect functional operation mechanism,design posts according to the needs,and effectively step up safety assurance in such aspects as handling of major hidden safety hazards,contractor safety supervision,traffic safety supervision,safety training,post performance incentives.etc,.
